An introductory talk- free of charge

     At this talk Sara will describe how the mediation process works in both business and family disputes and will give examples of cases to demonstrate the advantages of this process. Also present at the talk will be Yoav Tam, attorney and mediator, who will answer questions regarding the legal system so that participants can compare the two approaches - mediation vs. litigation - as regards dispute resolution.
