Getting Organized for School Success - Event for Parents and Children
Note change of format for this event - there will be one joint workshop for both parents and their children whom are students in grades 4 through 8. Parents will then be able to reinforce the skills learned by their children. The date of the next workshop will be announced. Parents may also attend without their kids and vice versa if it is not possible for both to attend.
Sara will offer parents and students strategies for handling the important skills needed in managing the daily demands of school such as organizing school books, scheduling and completing homework, managing projects,and organizing time. Study skills will also be addressed. Handouts will be distributed so that participants can apply the material immediately. The skills to be learned are life skills which will enhance study and work productivity throughout life.
Space for this event is limited and so advance registration is required. Fee is 100 shekels per registrant. This event will take place at the Silber Clinic, Motzkin 23c, Raanana.
